Celebrity inspired Skirt {{tutorial}}

So as I was flipping through us weekly last week and I came across this page :
I loved the look of the petals and feathers but it was a little too much for everyday wear!
So I simplified the look!
** warning I used a light tulle and it is hard to see in the pictures...it looks way better in person!**
SUPPLIES :
after I took the picture of the supply list I changed my mind and DID NOT use the pins...instead I used this temporary spray adhesive (available at craft stores) to hold the petals into place! I loved it! I worked great!
HOW TO :
*click each picture to make it larger and read the directions*
I sewed mine in a back and forth curved design...never picking up my sewing foot!
Like I said...I should have used a white tulle instead of cream...it is hard to notice in the pictures!
You can switch this around to make any design and use any kind of fabric you want!
I just wanted a soft delicate "flow-y" look :)
*and remember as always if you make one of your own using my tutorial I would LOVE to see pictures of it*
