Framed art {{ Tutorial}}

I wanted to make some frames to put in my window sill in my craft room
but didn't want to spend any money!
So what did I do...Scoured my house looking for all sorts of random things I could frame!
not to shabby if I don't say so myself ;)
want to make some of your own?
Here's how :
Look around your house and find things that you already had that would make your frames pop!
I found an old Pin from forever 21 I never use....scrap booking keys.....and a pack of white buttons
then find a few old frames that you don't use any more....
spray paint them if they are a color you don't like!
Then pull the glass and backing off the frame
(mine didn't have any to begin with....)
Then pick a fabric and staple it on to the back
now trim around your fabric so none of it is showing from the front
almost done...
now hot glue the embellishment(s) on!
There you have it...
quick easy affordable art!
now I want to make some for my kitchen using a knife, fork and spoon!!
How fun would that be?

  14. Okay, that is cool! I have always loved frames and antiques so this is an amazing way to use both to make a beautiful piece of art - will be doing this over the rest of my Christmas break. Thanks! :-)
