lace shirt, brown belt and chalk {outfit post}

I normally have a really weird thing about mixing black and brown together...
I CAN'T DO IT!
But I decided to try a lighter brown belt so it was just a touch of it!
I also would have normally just worn this shirt plain with out the belt so I am TRYING here....

I had my cousin take these pics for me, after we took them I stayed and played with my "nephews" at the park - we had us a little chalk party :)

    looks great!! i've recently decided the whole black/brown and black/navy rules don't apply anymore...it opens up so many more wardrobe choices!

    You are so stinking cute!! I love black and brown together and think it totally works, think of the brown as a color not brown. My fave from last year was my black jeggings with brown boots- nice to not do all black/gray!

    I just posted the other day about how I struggle with mixing brown & black. I think it's just something my mom has embedded in my brain! It's funny though, I love how this looks on you. Maybe I should try it!
