stripes and white...oh my! {outfit post}

I felt like this outfit looked beachy and nautical and was really excited to give it a try...
but once it was on I felt like I had two bad things going for me WHITE pants and HORIZONTAL stripes!
GULP...
Shirt - Nordstrom BP
Pants - American Eagle
Shoes - can't remember old pair
earrings - Jessica N designs

So far I am loving the shirt, feeling kinda self conscious in the pants,  but overall was pretty happy with the outfit in the end, maybe I'll try it with normal jeans next time!!

    I love this outfit. I am a fan of strips and recently have found myself purchasing more and more of them...I just can't stop! I now need some cute white pants. The ones you have are super fabulous!

    are you kidding me? u look like the bomb.com! i get totally nervous wearing my white pants too, but oh well, they're so summery! i love the shirt so totally cute, you can rock this outfit with red shoes too, uber nautical! ur so sassy! :)

    I love it on you but I have to ask, are the pants see-through at all? I have been lusting for a pair of white capris but they're always too thin and show too much in the underwear department. But those are adorable!!

    I think the whole outfit is adorable and you look adorable in it. You are brave wearing white pants. I probably won't end up doing that, but I am totally lovin' that top. BUT, you look amazing in everything you wear! :)

    I have a hard time wearing white pants, too so I know what you mean about feeling self-conscious, but you look super cute!

    I'm glad I'm not the only one that freaks out with horizontal stripes and white pants. BUT girl, you look AMAZING! I'm serious!! That outfit is so stinking adorable and you can totally rock it without the affects of those two horrible things! I love it and am so jealous!

    First of all, you look like you're 5'10" in these pictures!
    Second, you should not be self conscious in those pants cuz they are super duper cute on you.
